Our
IT Strategy practice assists our client's in identifying
and prioritizing information technology initiatives
that support their business objectives. The wrong
investment in technology can be costly, time-consuming,
and deadly to a business. We leverage our expertise
and experience with our understanding of mid-market
business needs to develop sound strategies that
translate to effective solutions.
Our approach is to conduct thorough,
but rapid, analysis of a clients business priorities,
challenges, operations, competitive situation,
customer drivers, business processes and technology
platforms.

Phase I - Discovery
During the "Discovery" phase, work with
clients to explore relevant opportunities to use
new and existing technology as a vehicle to drive
revenue channels, improve operating expense outlays,
strengthen customer relationships, and maximize
employee loyalty and contributions.
Discovery engagements are delivered by senior
business strategists who work closely with our
clients executive team. Each team member
has extensive experience in business analysis,
management, and information technology solutions.
Phase II - Creating a Roadmap
Upon completion of the 'Discovery Phase' we propose
a solutions roadmap that is driven by business
priorities and returns. This document will include
detailed findings and recommendations, as well
as an executive level summary of direction. It
can be used as a funding, strategy and communication
tool both internally and externally. The early
investments in the net economy need not be the
biggest, but they must deliver value to the end
customer and to the bottom line!
Phase III - Review, Feedback and Finetune
Once the first draft of the IT Strategy engagment
is ready, our "Advisory Review and Collaboration"
(ARC) committee reviews the draft and analyzes
the roadmap taking into consideration business
requirements, business processes as well as the
client needs and the IT industry trends. This
ensures that every Discovery delivers the most
valuable and actionable recommendations. This
session reviews the Discovery teams findings
and recommendations to make additional suggestions
on how to optimize the clients solutions
roadmap.
